DMP Pitch

Re-watching the interview with my brother, I feel like he had a lot of cool hand motions/gestures that would be fun to explore and use in our DMP. For example, when I asked him how his relationships influenced the experience or how the experience influenced the relationships, he did a cool hand motion to show a feedback loop (starting at 2:10)--I'm learning that relationships seem to tether most of us in these limbo experiences, so using that hand motion to illustrate the way our relationships play a part in limbo experiences would be really fun. Additionally, he did a hand motion to show how the limbo might have seemed like it ended at one point, but really continued after that point (starting at 3:44), and the complexity and reflection with that hand motion also feels really powerful to me.

Another way I think we could use this interview is to pull some quotes about relationships and how people and connection help us in limbo experiences. Similarly, his advice gave me a lot of hope for myself in limbo experiences and encouragement to find people I can rely on, which I feel like could be a powerful addition to our piece, especially if we end up using the piece as a way to show people examples of how we've pushed through in limbo experiences.
